We stand behind the quality of our Coffee Maker Machine and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and refund policy:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition New that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
30-Day Return Policy: We accept returns of Coffee Maker Machine within 30 days of the original purchase date for any reason. To start a return, you can contact us at info@englishcoffeecompany.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Defective Products: If you receive a Coffee Maker Machine that is defective, we will replace the product at no cost to you. Simply contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date to initiate the replacement process.
Customer Remorse: If you are not completely satisfied with your Coffee Maker Machine purchase and wish to return it for reasons other than a defect, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for returns due to defects or customer remorse.
Return Shipping: Return shipping is £0.00 for only Defective Products.
Customer Remorse is the Actual cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of your Coffee Maker Machine.

For customer remorse: No cost.
Once the item is returned, please allow up to 5 business days for us to inspect the returned items.
Refund: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
