Shipping policy

At The English Coffee Company, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Currency:
all prices are in GBP (British Pound).

Delivery Terms:
We use UPS for all deliveries.

Handling Time:
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Transit Time:
The transit time for your order is estimated to be 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location.

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders received before 3:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London) will be processed on the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Change of Address:
If you need to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that any changes may cause a delay in the delivery of your order.

Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. 

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.

Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you discover that a package has been damaged in transit, please, if at all possible, reject the package from the courier and contact our customer service. On the off chance that the package has been conveyed without you being available, if it's not too much trouble, contact client support with the subsequent stages.
